Across Pennsylvania, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. It is SO hard to get a call back or even speak to an actual person here. I’ve called about 5–6 times just trying to schedule a teeth cleaning, and now the new AI/automated phone system has made it ten times harder. I explained multiple times to the AI voice exactly what I needed and that I was trying to schedule an appointment, only for it to basically end the call with β€œThank you for calling, have a great day.” Like??? I’m literally telling you why I’m calling and I still can’t get through to somebody. I want to make it clear that I don’t have an issue with the staff or anyone personally. My frustration is with how unnecessarily difficult the communication and scheduling process has become. I’m just trying to schedule a cleaning. It should not take this much effort to speak to someone. Please reconsider the AI phone system or at least make it MUCH easier to reach an actual person, because right now it is not working and is making an already frustrating process even more frustrating.

They are so friendly in the back. I can't believe they make the dental assistants make the next appointment for you. What are the receptionist in the front for? Anywho...I got work done several times and I dread the drill. It went smooth. I have no complaints πŸ˜€

Been feeling Neutral about this office. Care isn't as good as a couple years ago. You never see the same doc so its having to re explain everything everytime to someone who has not read your chart, that there's no consistency in care and treatment. You can't call to speak to someone, it's all AI and sometimes don't receive a call back. Everything takes weeks to months, tests, test results, refills. They'll have you waiting weeks for refills on important necessary medications.

Me and my son had dentist appointments that I could not make it to. I have canceled prior so I understood the low tolerance for cancellation. I called the call center to leave a message. The office called me back. This call took place today Tuesday May 19, 2026, at 10 am in the morning. The women that called me back was rude and condescending. She yelled over me as I spoke. I asked her politely to stop talking so I could talk and she just kept going. She continued to yell. I repeated myself on purpose because she would not stop talking. I was violated disrespected and disregarded when she hung up the phone on me. When I first answered the phone I could hear her tone but I spoke in a calm tone and remained calm until she blatantly made it feel like a personal attack. I found myself explaining my personal reasons why I missed appointments but that made it worse because had no compassion or understanding. She just continued to yell over me until she hung up. I don't remember her name but I did go down to the office to bring it to the management's attention. Everyone has personal life reasons why things may not work out as planned. Someone working in a healthcare setting should have th

Dr. McFadden is a wonderful human being who cares for her patients health. She greets me with love, kindness and compassion. Talks with understanding and would go over any questions or concerns I might have. Not only is she professional in her specialty but would also go above and beyond to make sure you leave the exam room with a clear understanding of your own personal experience and concerns. I never had a Doctor so caring like Dr. McFadden!!! God bless you.
